I was one of the designers on a small team responsible for rebranding DIRECTV's online presence, as well as designing many of its new marketing pages. The goal was to create a simplified experience, that put entertainment at the forefront. We developed what we called "pills", which were used to visually communicate DIRECTV's breadth of content.
