Experience Insights' mission is to develop concepts that solve some of AT&T's toughest customer experience challenges. Xi wanted to establish themselves as a specialized design team within AT&T. We created an identity that would guide the team and its outputs.

With a relentless customer-centric approach focused on delivering concepts that factor in relevant research, emerging technologies and data, the Xi team is poised to provide AT&T with the insights needed to inspire the future of connection. This is a group of passionate visionaries tasked with paving the way for AT&T, empowering teams to lead with customer empathy. The challenge was to produce a bold identity appropriate for a team that doesn't mind disrupting the status quo in an effort to create positive change.

Visual Identity Guidelines were created to empower teams to consistently write in Xi's voice and create in Xi's style.

We created the document as a blueprint for any communications that carry the Xi name. It serves to help creatives understand the Xi essence and values as well as the more specific facets of the brand like the mark, typography, color, and more—providing detailed instructions on how to use those elements in a variety of contexts.

A guided experience makes listing sneakers relevant and easy, allowing sellers to build their listing with confidence one step at a time.

Each app icon consists of 3 brand elements: the AT&T Blue Gradient, the AT&T Globe, and either a product logo or icon. These elements are used together in all app icons to build brand awareness, drive consistency, and maximize legibility.
