With so much competition in the tech and creative industry, DMG needed to stand out with a voice that captured its unique culture, as well as a platform to feature its greatest projects. As a designer on the project, I worked closely with the creative lead to create a responsive website that showcased the award-winning work that they do, as well as the talented people who do it. The challenge was to deliver an experience that balanced culture and work, and inspired potential candidates to want to join the team.

DMG is a talented group of individuals who work hard and play even harder. A clean layout, playful photography, and a conversational tone came together to ensure the website felt sophisticated, yet fun and approachable. We told each projects story through case studies that are immersive, simple and scalable.
We positioned the team as an award-winning cast that loves entertainment and values great storytelling, individuality, and good times. I assisted with the art direction, and was responsible for shotlist development, concept sketches, and photo retouching.
