Celebrating creativity, design leadership, and the exploration of new skills and experiences, the conference focuses on what it means to lead at AT&T in what is a rapidly-changing and ever-evolving digital landscape. My team was responsible for mapping out the 2-day event, developing a branded look and feel, as well as designing all of the communication and collateral. It was a fun challenge bringing things together in just several weeks, on a very tight budget, working with a cross-country team.

From an adventure pass evite and trail map agenda, to the group icebreakers like Choose Your Leadership Style and the classic Marshmellow Challenge, the theme inspired a story which guided the execution of all of the creative, making the entire experience that much more considered, meaningful, and connected.
